A therapist for the person who doesn’t need one
I don’t believe in the “therapy room.” Improving yourself should take place where your life does. You can Zoom with me from your bedroom or meet me out-and-about. Don’t expect an old lady in flowing scarves; I wear sneakers and I believe the most intelligent people swear. If running is your jam, we can even have a running session. I’m not afraid to play or get dirty because I believe that whatever brings you joy will be therapeutic. Let’s have some fun together!
