I knew I would be a therapist
when I was just a kid…

Now I’ve got 20 years under my belt and a
breadth of experience to fuel that passion.

At work.

I have been in the field since 2004 and love getting the chance to learn peoples’ stories and help them achieve wellness. My style is relational and solutions-focused. I will get your feedback and track your progress every time we meet so we can be sure the fit is a good one and you are moving toward your goals.

I am well-versed in working with life transitions, stress and anxiety, depression, and parenting challenges. My skill set includes gender care as well as launching young adults. I am a breast cancer survivor and can support you to cope with a serious medical diagnosis, including navigating the health care system.

I have specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy, structural family therapy, attachment-focused psychotherapy, EMDR, and dialectical behavioral therapy.

I identify white/cis/hetero/female and acknowledge impact on my therapeutic relationships.

At home.

I’m mom to an awesome skateboarder, cartoon artist, train aficionado and married to a DJ, amateur Italian chef, game designer. I’ve lived in SF since 2003 and have built an epic community here. When I’m off-duty as a therapist, I can be found making jewelry for my Etsy shop, DJing drum & bass, running on Bernal Hill, vintage shopping, and joining my friends for adventures around the Bay.
